WFTO-Asia Regional Conference, Bangladesh

Kohinoor Yeasmin, CEO of TARANGO has joined the three-day biannual conference of World Fair Trade Organisation (WFTO) of Asia region from 23 Sep 2010 to 26 Sep 2010. The theme of the conference was to strengthen fair trade to create opportunities for small and marginal producers and artisans. Dhaka University (DU) Vice-chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique, World Fair Trade Forum (WFTF) Chair Paul Myers and WFTF Asia Representative Claribel David addressed the opening session. Bangladesh Industry and commerce minister Faruq Khan‘ also presented at the closing session.
