The women involved in Tarango’s Handicrafts Program create fair trade products which are accessible to mainstream buyers. They combine contemporary designs with natural materials and traditional weaving styles.

The products include a wide range of bags and baskets developed by local and international designers. Tarango is happy to work with buyers to develop new products, and can personalize existing products for special events and conferences.

Tarango exports products to fair trade wholesalers in the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia. They also sell locally.
